Whom to blame??

Some say human learn with time and strive to make better life..
But today I saw around 140 humans, all those have spent 60-70 years in learning  were  in the worst phase of their life. It was an old age home, where I spent 3 hours today. I felt abysmally sad. I could feel gloom in the air. A melancholy in their voice. Feeling of being unsuccessful in the life and desire to get a smile in greeting were written on their faces.
I cried on the way for half an hour :(. What has gone wrong with them. A mother feels kick of  child  in womb and this makes her happy. She helps to take first step on feet. She even share her blood and oxygen, seek  happiness in little mischief . A Child's survival becomes the battle of father's life. How come same child throw them out like a bag of garbage.
Whom to blame??
Some of these septuagenarian were highly qualified and successful in their career, like teacher, doctor, businessman.  But they are pathetically fail in the final round of  life.
Today some fresh thought kindled in my mind
  • A parent should not take any unscrupulous mean for the success of child or to earn more money for children. These deeds haunt in old ages.
  • Before teaching economics or stock market lets teach our kids the value of food, water, emotions and a life.
  • Before teaching a kid to worship god that is inconspicuous, teach him to feel gratitude towards nature  and associates
  • Treat your parents as you expect from your children to treat you
You know non of the other species take care of their old members as we do. Code of morals has only been able to evolve in human being. Lets accept that it is our parents who has brought us in this world not any supernatural creator. May be for their selfish reason but still I believe they deserve place before to supreme being.
I remember a dialog from a Hindi movie Baghban, my dads favorite movie :)
"If parents can help a child to take  first step of the life, why can not same child help them to take last step of the life"

You are only looking from one point of view.. These people have experienced lot more than their children, that they can potentially do anything to ruin their children's lives without any loss to themselves, if they are not satisfied. Afterall the best part of their life is behind them.. what is there to worry about when anyway they are going to end up in soil. These are potential candidates with suicidal tendencies similar to terrorists.

May be they deserve this or even worse. No young man would derail their parents knowing fully well that someday they may also have to face the same fate.. Every side will have its own compelling story. The challenge in life is not to get bewildered by things that are apparently compelling. Many wouldn't take the other side of the story unless they experience it first-hand.
